1. Exchanges for Size or Alternative Products
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or a different product, a fee of £3.50 per item will apply to cover the cost of sending out the replacement. This fee can be included with your return package or paid over the phone once we receive your returned goods.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning any items to KR Sportz.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available on non sale items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
4. Packaging Requirements
All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
5. Non Refundable Items
Items marked as sale or discontinued are non refundable and cannot beexchanged.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email sales@krsportz.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We’ll investigate the issue and work to resolve it quickly.
7. Processing Time for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving your returned items.
