1. General Agreement
Unless explicitly agreed in writing by KR Sportz, these Terms and Conditions take precedence over any terms or conditions referenced by the customer in their order or communications.
2. Product Descriptions & Pricing
All prices and descriptions on our website or published price lists are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. While we strive to maintain prices, we reserve the right to invoice based on the current pricing at the time of dispatch.
3. Product Updates
As part of our commitment to continual improvement, KR Sportz reserves the right to update or modify products and specifications without prior notice.
4. Placing Orders
Orders can be submitted via email or through our online platform.
5. Payments -Non Account Customers
Payment is required in advance for non account holders via:
a) BACS – SumUp – Sort Code: 041450, Account No: 66463196
b) Credit/Debit Cards – Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Solo, JCB, or Electron.
6. UK Deliveries
Delivery charges apply to all orders unless specified as eligible for free delivery. Delivery costs must be paid in full by the customer.
7. Express Delivery
24 hour delivery is available at an additional cost. While we aim for timely delivery, KR Sportz is not liable for delays beyond our control.
8. Damages & Shortages
Claims for damages or shortages must be reported via email within 48 hours of receipt. For missing or damaged parcels, ensure the carrier’s delivery note is clearly marked with ‘Damaged’. Claims may be invalid if procedures are not followed.
9. Credit Accounts
Credit terms (30 days net) may be granted upon request. Late payments beyond agreed terms are subject to 2% monthly compound interest. Account setup requires two trade and one bank reference.
10. Ownership of Goods
Ownership transfers to the customer only upon full payment clearance, including any cheques.
11. Risk & Indemnity
Once delivered, goods are the responsibility of the customer. If goods are lost or damaged before ownership transfers, the customer is liable unless due to KRSportz negligence.
12. Stock Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
13. Superseding Terms
These terms replace all previous agreements or terms.
14. Use of Products
KR Sportz accepts no liability for injury or property damage resulting from misuse of products.
15. Debt Collection Fees
Any charges incurred from debt recovery will be passed on to the customer.
16. Ecommerce Resale Restrictions
Products purchased from KR Sportz may not be resold via any ecommerce platform without our prior written consent.
17. Image & Content Rights
All images and content on the KR Sportz website remain our property and may not be reused without written permission.
KR Sportz reserves the right to update or modify any products or policies at any time. Please note, KR Sportz dealers are not company agents and cannot make binding commitments or representations on our behalf.
